Description
This course is designed to introduce the student to the roles and standard operating procedures used for food and beverage operations. This program prepares students for a variety of positions in the fast-growing food and hospitality industry. The goal of the program is to train students the skills, techniques, operation and management of Food and Beverage Service. In order to test and verify the spirit of hospitality, students may have a clear vision thought practical operation to understand not only theories but also virtual experience. To develop professional hospitality by education. Students can understand how a restaurant operation their system, including their organization, menu design, service process, cost control, purchasing system and so on. And moreover, a student will understand the marketing strategy of restaurant.
