中文概述 Chinese Description	本課程係針對國際企業學之經營理論及思考基礎架構、全球經營環境與海外投資相關政策、策略專論、國際企業管理功能、高階管理之相關組織與制度等方面，以合乎企業國際化思考邏輯之方式做深入探討。並說明國際企業的存在與發展，及以最新資料展現當前各國國際投資政策與海外投資現況，做為制訂進入國際市場方式之決策基礎。同時，在面對全球化營運活動與國際競爭的趨勢、以及亞太地區在未來國際企業所扮演的角色與地位，課程中會在國際運籌管理、國際企業組織、績效控制與台商在大陸的投資現況等議題都有說明。
