中文概述 Chinese Description	台灣歷年對外貿易依存度，出口佔53%進口佔35%，顯示貿易的重要性。國際貿易實務建立在國際契約法之基礎上之買賣、付款、交貨、簽證、運輸保險與通關程序，配合網路行銷，將使學生熟諳國際貿易之經營及操作，若經營成功將致富及獲得尊榮。
英文概述 English  Description	Taiwan economic dependent on export foreign trade is 53% and import 35 % . This is showed that the importance of Taiwan Trade. International Trade Practice constructed on the basis of contract laws, and dealing with international purchase, delivery of commodities, import permit and custom clearance, transportation, claim and insurance. Trade renders us rich and gives us esteem in the world. Without foreign trade, Taiwan would be separated from the rest of the world.
