中文概述 Chinese Description	檢視中國武昌起義背景因素，以及民國肇創之後，中國政治體制的重要更革，乃至社會、經濟、文化的變遷等；從而以憲政、黨務發展的角度，耙疏兩岸分治現況之脈絡。
英文概述 English  Description	The goal of this course is to investigate the background of the Wuchang Uprising in 1911, and the huge changes of political institutions after the establishment of R.O.C. , including the changes of society, economics and culture. So that from the point of views of constitution we can analysis the historical context of the separations ofTaiwan and mainland Chian.
