中文概述 Chinese Description	本課程旨在探討何謂創新及如何創新管理、發掘創新機會的來源，並利用互動式的教學激發學生創新創意點子，進而探討創新成功之因素，以掌握企業競爭力、市場、機會、顧客需求與發展趨勢，並教導學生如何撰寫出能運用於目前市場現況之創新事業計畫書。
英文概述 English  Description	The goal of this class is to teach our students the meaning and the management of innovation, to find out the chance and discipline their ability in innovation idea with interaction method. Besides, we discuss the innovation factors that will affect an enterprize with our students, thus, they will know how to handle the competition, market, chance, custom need and the development trend of the enterprize. Finally, they can, according to the condition of the maeket, correctly plan an innovation schedule for any company.
