中文概述 Chinese Description	國際人力資源管理係為全球經濟一體化之背景下，新興的管理領域，主要談論對不同文化背景以及跨國公司、各國企業中的人力資源管理，國際企業於跨國經營時所遇到的人力資源管理問題。相較於一般人力資源管理的基礎上，所增加探討的議題包括：跨文化管理、母公司的跨文化移植、派外人員管理，以及子公司當地的人力資源管理等，藉由這些探討，使國際企業在解決與處理人力資源管理問題上，更能輕鬆以對。 　　本課程不僅有理論說明，更將國際人力資源管理議題之實務管理經驗，以淺顯易懂的敘述加以整合。讓學生了解現代世界經濟發展密切相聯的結果，是人力資源管理學步入新世紀的最新發展；對國際企業人力資源管理的工作更瞭解並加以運用，亦是人力資源管理研究的新領域。
英文概述 English  Description	Compare with general human resource management, this class will add below issue for further discussing: 1.Cross-Cultural Management 2.Cross-cultural transplantation of parent company 3.Expatriate management 4.Subsidiary of local human resources management The purpose of this course is to help student easy to face resource management issue in the future. Not only theory introducing, but also real case discussing, the course is not just for those with an interest in working in a human resources function, but is aimed at giving an understanding of the processes of globalization of the economy and how this impacts on work and employment in a variety of different national and organizational contexts. Students will be equipped with the ability to think critically about these issues.
