中文概述 Chinese Description	台灣係中小企業為主體的國家，符合經濟部中小企業處對「中小企業」定義的企業佔全部企業比例達95％以上，中小企業人力精簡、資源不足，但卻具備彈性高、反應能力快的相對優勢，中小企業如何經營？中小企業如何塑造競爭優勢？如何與國內外大型企業組織甚至企業集團競爭……等議題都是本課程探討的重點。課程中將透過實際個案討論中小企業包括：行銷、管理、人力資源、研發、財務及資訊等管理機能如何協調、運作，以凸顯優勢強化競爭優勢。
英文概述 English  Description	To train students to the concept and techniques for SME’s (small and medium enterprise) management. Topics to be covered include: the case study of SME’s marketing, operation management, human resource, R&D, financial, and information, etc. Try to use the discussing and analysis of the real case of SME in Taiwan for improving the management skills of our students.
