In this course, we will use interactive and case-learning methods to help students to learn knowledge on production management. We’ll emphasize those important functions of production management and its communication/management/balance relationships with related functional fields in business. And, we will use some cases in service and manufacturing fields to help students to further understand the theory and tools in the textbook. Moreover, to meet the development trends of information technology and industrial engineering fields, we will introduce some computerized production management tools. This will help to establish students’ capability for further study in the production management field. |
