This subject is to help students understand, with provided case studies, the concepts of Lean Production System in industries. Lean Production is a good tool in improving business efficiency and competitive advantages, especially on its help on waste reduction and cost down. We will review the basic concept of Production Management, then providing some practical tools to help students learn basic concept and application methods in. Our goal is to let students learn the integrated concept on Lean production System, and hope this will be helpful for their future development, for both students and industries, in the future. |
