中文概述 Chinese Description	本課程探討專案經理如何規畫、組織、僱用、領導及控制各種資源包括人員、設備、材料、資金，以期能在容許之時程與預算下完成專案目標。配合真實個案的呈現，探討專案管理應用模式、成功的原因，以加強理論與實務解說，讓學生了解專案管理的各項應用。
英文概述 English  Description	This course will be discussed a project manager how to plan, organize, employ, lead and control the resources including person, facility, material and capital in order to complete the object of the project under pre-specified time and cost. With the real case display, the course investigates the application mode of Project Management and the reason of the project success. It will make students to understand the application of Project Management
