Supply chain management (SCM) is concerned with the efficient integration of suppliers, factories, warehouses and stores so that merchandise is produced and distributed in the right quantities, to the right locations, at the right time to minimize total system cost while satisfying customer service requirements. This course will enhance the students’ capability of the application of the SCM through introducing the basic concept of the SCM and training the relative technique. |
