中文概述 Chinese Description	首先介紹品質管理之概念，接著經由計量值管制圖與計數值管制圖來建立統計製程管制圖的繪製能力，再藉由製程能力分析以瞭解跟規格的差異性，最後將探討有關允收抽樣的各種方法及可靠度與品質改善技巧，以期讓學生能具備品質管理之整體觀念，將有助於學生日後參與工廠品質管理之規劃及實務作業。
英文概述 English  Description	This subject is to introduce the concept of Quality Management and to explain how to apply the statistical process control skill to the Control Charts for Variables or the Control Charts for Attributes. Moreover, we can use the Analysis of Process Capability with the Specification Tolerance to explain the practical process capability. We also will explain the importance of Acceptance Sampling, Reliability and Quality Improvement Skills. Our goal is to let students learn the overall concepts about Quality Management, and hope that it will be helpful for their quality management and improvement planning abilities in the business.
