中文概述 Chinese Description	物料管理這門課的焦點主要在工廠中直接原料的需求預測、需求計劃、存量計劃及採購的相關問題，以及其他各種物料的管理，良好的物料管理可以大幅降低產品的成本、提供資金週轉率、滿足生產計劃的需求進而提高廠商的競爭力；物料管理的重點在如何適時、適量、適質、適價、適地的供應生產系統，使工廠不致停工待料，並且使總成本最低。
英文概述 English  Description	To introduce students to the concept of materials management system. The systematic view includes organization structures and resource planning which is focal point of this course. Topics to be covered include: forecasting, controlling, distributions and warehousing.
